چکیده

The links of low power wireless sensor networks are error prone and the transmission on a link is determined probabilistically by packet reception rate (PRR) link. On other hand, there very strict requirement in end-to-end reliability delay data industrial (IWSNs). existing approaches to provide IWSNs retransmitting when failure occurs. These transmit multiple times successive time slots required reliability. approaches, however, can increase average packets number buffered queue. This paper proposes new scheme estimate probabilistic amount packets, called queue level (QL), buffer each node based PRRs links. also QL-based centralized scheduling algorithm assign efficiently TDMA-based IWSNs. proposed gives higher priority nodes with QL. By assigning first highest QL, we reduce while satisfying performance have been evaluated through simulation using Cooja simulator compared approach. In an sample network target 99%, all flows were shown guarantee both algorithms: average, 99.76% 99.85% showed much better than approach terms (about 47% less) maximally (maximally, more 90% less).

Target Tracking Based on Virtual Grid in Wireless Sensor Networks

One of the most important and typical application of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is target tracking. Although target tracking, can provide benefits for large-scale WSNs and organize them into clusters but tracking a moving target in cluster-based WSNs suffers a boundary problem. The main goal of this paper was to introduce an efficient and novel mobility management protocol namely Target Tr...

Energy-Efficient Interference-Free Link Scheduling in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) consist of thousands of tiny, inexpensive and lowpower sensor nodes that perform collaborative tasks and organize themselves into multihop networks. These sensor nodes are deployed over a given area, including both the terrestrial and underwater environments. Consequently, WSNs can be divided into terrestrial wireless sensor networks (TWSNs) and underwater wirele...

Scheduling Scheme Based on Estimated-Delay in Wireless Sensor Network

In the low duty cycle wireless sensor network with unreliable link quality, how to meet designated delay requirements and maximize network lifetime is the focus of this study. This paper proposes the Scheduling Scheme based on Estimated-delay(SSE), which could satisfy decreasing energy consumption as well as delivery delay in the low duty cycle wireless sensor network by utilizing the estimated...

Multiple Target Tracking in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Sensor Grouping and Hybrid Iterative-Heuristic Optimization

A novel hybrid method for tracking multiple indistinguishable maneuvering targets using a wireless sensor network is introduced in this paper. The problem of tracking the location of targets is formulated as a Maximum Likelihood Estimation. We propose a hybrid optimization method, which consists of an iterative and a heuristic search method, for finding the location of targets simultaneously. T...
